Sims Gamer Architectural Challenge Week 4
Sorry this took so long to post but here it is, the Sims Gamer Architectural Challenge Week 4.
Sim Leora bought a restaurant from her good friend Carolyn. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been revamped since the 70s and its not in particularly good shape. Your challenge, if you choose to accept it, is to make this old restaurant into a hip, happening, and lucrative place of business so Sim Leora can recoup the losses from her other less successful business ventures.
You cannot change the structure of the building in any way because Leora just doesn’t have that much money to spend on substantial renovation work. However, you can change and add furniture, appliances, wallpaper (including the outside), and flooring as well as doing any landscaping you wish. Also, come up with an original name for the joint. It can follow any theme you choose. Download the lot here.
Submit your entries by Saturday at noon. I’m really sorry to not give much time for this but I’m heading off to the Blog World Expo in Las Vegas and won’t have my suped up gaming computer with me to run the Sims. As usual, please package and email your lots in this format: yourname-arch-week-4. Entries not submitted with the proper file name will be automatically disqualified. If you are including custom content, be sure to include all the files. Also include in the email your name for the resteraunt and up to 15 pictures with a width no more than 500 px.
Let me know if you’re having any challenges with taking the photos and I’ll help out as I can. I just want to make sure these get up before I leave town.

Aw man! There’s no way I’ll be able to do this one. I’m out tonight on a date with my hubby, and noon tomorrow - I may not even be awake yet!

I really appreciate you replying to my e-mail but, man, I worked a six day work week and pulled a double a couple days ago. I’m totally sleeping in on Saturday for about eighteen hours.
