Your Assignment: Make a V-CAM for The Sims 2 or The Sims 2 Seasons that shows how the game inspires the creative genius in you! You have a many different ways to do this:

What’s "Machinima"? Machinima is a video produced using a video game. And with The Sims 2 and The Sims 2 Seasons Expansion pack, you have everything you need to make a really cool V-CAM. Check out The Sims 2 Machinima Tutorial and Machinima Video Samples to find out how you can produce a great looking V-CAM using the game engine, characters, and environments.
If you don’t own The Sims 2…
Make a V-CAM the old fashioned way. Download videos, music, logos, and character renders from The Sims 2 and The Sims 2 Seasons Tool Kit and make a killer V-CAM using any means you possess - animation, claymation, live-action - you’re in the directors chair!
Regardless of how you create your V-CAM, use The Sims 2 and The Sims 2 Seasons Tool Kit and have fun creating a compelling story or moment for the audience. It should be even more interesting to watch than it was for you to make!
MUST HAVES:
- You must include either The Sims 2 or The Sims 2 Seasons endtag (depending on your creative direction) at the end of your V-CAM.
- Your V-CAM must be fun, compelling and cool and it must have some kind of story in it. Random shots and footage do not a great V-CAM make.
- Keep it clean kids. If you can’t imagine it airing on TV, then we can’t accept it at Current TV.
