It seems like everyone’s crazy about Zac Efron these days.
With the incredible popularity of High School Musical, it was a no brainer that Efron’s popularity would surge as well.
Since I know that you’ve been dying to include Efron in your own Sim adaptation of High School musical, I’ve found for you this version of him. I think it’s pretty true to life and should make a nice addition to your neighborhood.

The pants available in Sims 2 leave a bit to be desired. Even with the addition of the “peaking boxer” jeans, I still find myself wanting more.
That’s why these pants make me so darn happy.
Not only are they more casual but the chunky boot just strikes me as more true to life. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

While some may say that Harry Potter is totally like five years ago, the continuing popularity of the series begs to differ with its critics.

Sometimes the default cars that you get with Sims 2 can get a tad bit boring.
I know that for everyday use the moldy ole van works just fine but sometimes you need something with a bit more pizazz.
